Booking Policy

Booking only accepted with valid details and credit card

Deposit Policy

We do not require deposit but full payment of booking will be processed at any times after we receive booking. Or payment for any booking will be processed after 1 pm two days prior to your
expected arrival date. Please call us on (07) 4652 1377 for bookings or payments.
Any payment processed using a debit card, credit card or a Tap and Go transaction
will be charged a fee.

(Debit card up to 0.74%, Credit card up to 1.32%, Amex card up to 1.32%)

EFTPOS transactions will not be charged a fee.

Cancellation Policy

Inglewood Motel operates on a 48-hour Cancellation and No Show policy on
most bookings. This also applies to any booking once you have checked in.
Any cancellation made after 1 pm two days prior to arrival or departure
may incur one or two night's accommodation being charged to the
guest's credit card or invoice.
Longer cancellation periods apply for peak periods and these policies will
be communicated to each individual guest at the time the reservation is
made and/or confirmed. In some instances, non-refundable deposits
for all or part of the booking will be required.

No Show Policy

Noshow booking will be charge full amount.

Child Policy

All childen need accompied by perents or guadians at all times.

Check-in Policy

Check in from 2PM till 9PM .
If you are planning to arrive after 9 pm please contact the motel in advance.
